Crossed Out: Pretty good and i guess groundbreaking Power Violence/Punk/Grind/Thrash/Whatever band from Encinitas, California of all fucking places. hung with Man is the Bastard and The Locust covered Practiced Hatred by them on Plague Soundscapes. they don't really fuck around.

also all those blogs are fucking great. there is a wealth of shit on them that's usually pretty hard to find, especially if you live in a place like Olympia with well meaning but lacking record stores. hit these blogs up and tell the dudes who run them thanks for doing a fucking service.

also, REAL TALK:

Travis Barker along with 5 other people were in a plain crash this morning. 4 of the people died in the crash, however T-Barks and some fool named DJ AM were taken to a hospital in critical condition. i wasn't ever the biggest fan of Travis Barker but Blink-182 will always be pretty close to my heart, and even if he's sort of a dick-dog, this is some seriously sad shit. it's not on par with the ultra dark deeds on a governmental power level but it is certainly pretty sad. i'm hoping these dudes are going to pull through. you should probably read about this somewhere else where they won't refer to Travis Barker as a "Dick Dog" to get the full story.
